London Eye
The London Eye is the highlight for today for us so we packed up and caught the Underground train to Westminster Station to start our adventure. Big Ben was amazing and the Houses of Parliament quite spectacular. We came across Statue of Boadacia as we started to cross. The view of the London Eye from here was a bit daunting as it seemed to be so big!!

We had pre purchased our tickets and so went straight away to the London Eye Experience Show to see wonderful views of London. Then we waited in lines to board the Eye for our turn. The capsules looked quite large and the Eye was moving quite slowly so we felt at ease and were very comfortable with what we could expect.

While on board the views were certainly worth the wait. It was a lovely day and the scenery of London was brilliant. We even had an Ipad attached to the wall of the capsule so we could loo up info and identify different buildings and locations. The capsules themselves are spacious and there is seating if you need to sit.

The ride lasted for 30 minutes but it seemed longer than that. The ride was so smooth and awesome to see all the framework of the Eye when we could look up or down at the other capsules. After a fabulous time we left the location and walked around to explore the area a little more.
