Sailing into Hong Kong was so interesting with all the tall buildings that seemed to be apartments for the many people who live here!!
The docks all along were very busy loading ships and there was much work happening as we made our way to the terminal. The new Hong Kong Terminal is
situated on the old Kai Tak Airport and it is very modern and sleek. Our Shore Excursion here was a Big Bus Tour of the city so we could explore.
We wanted to go to see The Peak so it suited us but unfortunately it began to rain! Heaps! The ride on the Peak Tram was great but once up there we soon
discovered that we could not see anything for the fog!!! Another travel experience!! However driving through the streets was brilliant and we were able to see the
buildings, shops and temples as we toured! The day ended with a celebration drink with Kay and Kevin..
