Another early start today as we are off to visit Tallin in Estonia. A short coach trip to the Ferry Terminal and once
booked in by Kelli, off we went to board this huge, ferry for a 2 hour sail. The ferry was amazing, fabulous dining rooms, great facilities
and lots of space. We were very impressed as it was like being on a cruise ship.

On shore in Tallin, we were met by our guide, who was keen to show us the sights of this city. Driving around, it seemed
like another fairyland with spectacular buildings, both private and public and the scenery was so interesting. The snow was falling
lightly and gave an extra ambience to the visit. Our first stop was to the Song Festival Grounds.

This public park/area is one where many activities and celebrations are held. Protests and cultural events in song are
held here and The Estonian Songfest is held every 5 years sometimes holding up to 100,00 people.. Many musical performers have their concerts here. The sound
here must be so fantastic to hear when artists like Robbie Williams. Elton John and the Rolling Stones and many others perform. Apart from the music it seems that
it is a place for families to go to sled and play here in the snow and assume that in summer a picnic area. The stage is located so that people can sit on the hill
and the sound will travel to them for optimum pleasure. What a great place to throw snowballs at each other and have fun.

Next off up to a view point overlooking Tallin. What a fabulous view of a city that reminds us of fairy tales and fabulous architecture. This
ow modern city still has the feeling of the old and new and how it blends together. One needs to spend time here to appreciate the beauty and culture
of a spectacular place.

Another walk around the central Square area showed us many more delightful alleyways and open areas and we noticed the kids having fun on the unusual street seats. How cool. The friendliness of the people here was noticeable and made the day special. There are many restaurants and shops to be explored. Lunch is certainly not a problem as there are many choices and a hot cuppa goes a long way. All too soon again it was time to go back on the ferry and get ready for our farewell dinner.

Time to farewell our fellow travellers and Kelli at a lovely restaurant. Its been a fabulous holiday and we have seen so many wonderful
and interesting things that it will stay in our memory as one of the best.
